  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products tailored specifically for you.

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
